Services
SocialTrending Hub provides social media content creation and paid advertising campaign management. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Fees and payment
Package fees are as stated on our pricing page and are payable in advance. The £200 Managed Advertising fee covers campaign management only; the advertising spend is paid directly by the client to the relevant advertising platform.
Revisions and cancellation
One reasonable revision per post is included in the Social Starter package. Cancellation terms are agreed in writing before work begins.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, brand assets and approvals in a timely manner so we can deliver the agreed work.
Liability
We work carefully but cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as follower counts or return on advertising spend. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the services in question.
